Massacre in southern Iran

Unknown gunmen posing as Iranian police officers killed 12 innocent people in Southern Iran, near the famous city of Bam, BBC News reports.

I am really wondering how a country that vows to destroy other nations and harm the interests of the US in time of a possible invasion, can not secure its own people from unknown bandits.

However, I doubt these people involved in the massacre were drug smugglers, terrorists or bandits as regime claims.
It is just freaking sad and adds to the crimes of the bloodthirsty regime.

How awful. If they were from up north, they may even have been Kurds that were massacred. The Guard has done this before...
