Marking an important day

Just posting to mark a very important day of my life out of Iran. I think it was one of the most stressful and extraordinary days of my life here, but every thing is fine now and I am grateful for what Canada has offered me so far. I just don't like the level of anti-Americanism in Canada, It is unbearable.

Thank you any ways!

I don't always leave a note, but I often read your blog. Please keep up the good work and know that Anti-americanism is overblown in Canada. Most regular Canadians don't hate Americans, regularly go to the States and have relatives living there, at least part of the year(i.e. snowbirds). Yet we are Canadian, please don't confuse differing viewpoints with hatred. Also please don't confuse media and political grandstanding with the viewpoint of the majority of Canadians. In other words just like yourself.

After a while, it's hard to keep track of all the stressful and extraordinary days.
But I remember ; )

There are very many Canadians who do not hate us. As a matter of fact, they are your normal, family orientated, Church-going people. Kind of the same down here. We care very much about you. :)
