Stop Worrying!

Stop worrying about the atomic bomb and help Iranians change the government says author of this piece on The Times of London and I totally agree with him:

"The protest movement is the most promising development in the Middle East in the past quarter of a century. Rather than being viewed as a sideshow, the uprising should be at the core of every policy decision made by Western statesmen on Iran. Western leaders should ask just one question whenever faced with a new set of measures towards Iran: will they help or hurt the Green Movement?"

If only the stupid government bureaucrats in western countries realized the massive potentials of a free Iran at the heart of the middle-east. It's absurdly unfortunate that they don't seem to grasp the reality and what they've done so far has bolstered the regime through these endless nuclear negotiations. The western governments' concern about nuclear weapons in the hands of the current rapist regime in Tehran is truly understandable but there is no chance to disarm this regime by talking to them. It's imperative that the current regime be prevented from having any nuclear weapons capability for the sake of international peace and safety. A brutal regime that doesn't have mercy on its own people, can not be trusted with weapons of mass murder. But the way to achieve this is not through endless negotiations. The only option left to accomplish this goal is to disable the regime forever by empowering the Iranian people in their quest for liberty and democracy. Endless negotiations will do nothing but to create a nuclear armed Iranian regime threatening the whole world and holding all of us hostage.
