Cuban Facts

A few interesting facts about Cuba. You can have your Commie friends read these facts. It might help open their eyes and change their attitude about a country that is run under the Communism rule for more than 50 years now.
    "Cuba in 2008 should be the Hong Kong or Singapore of Latin America. That it is not is the fault of Castro and his cronies."
Which makes me hate these selfish dictators more than ever. The same could be said about Iran. Had the Islamic revolution not happened, Iran could very well be a respected and modernized member of the international community today. It's sad...

Dude, I'm all for ya. How would you propose that Canada, as a country, be engaged in certain world events. Ya know, ones that you aren't really taking part in already... By the way, 1984 by George Orwell is probably the best, most influential, and most psychologically thrilling book I've ever read. His second book on human nature and philosophy, "Animal Farm," is also a favorite of mine.
