It's just a beginning

Iranian Opposition Divisions Mar Visit to White House

This is just a beginning but we, Iranians, have to admit that our opposition forces to the Islamic regime is far from united. These acts must be continued over time and more people from other divisions & branches must show up and leave their differences behind for the good.
"Those that have refused to work with monarchists made a mistake by not showing up,"....
And now read this:
One former student leader and political prisoner, Amir Abbas Fakhravar, did not make the meeting because of a scheduling difficulty. Yesterday at 1:30 p.m., he testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Federal Financial Management, Government Information, and International Security.

    [...]

In his testimony before the Senate committee, Mr. Fakhravar formally apologized on behalf of free Iranians for the 1979 hostage crisis."Iranians do not believe in this," he said in an interview yesterday. "For 440 days it was advertised internationally that Iranians are terrorists. We are not terrorists."
Yes, Iranians owe Americans an apology for that crime!

It was his Father they overthrew, so why is he apologizing? Yes, I agree an apology is in order, but it is due by the people who perpetuated the crime.
