Trusted sources inside of Iran report that Ahmad Batebi's wife was detained in the northern city of Gorgan by plain-cloth security agents.
Update1: BBC Persian confirms the intitial reports of her kidnapping. Italy based web site AKI has the story in english.

Hi Winston, I just emailed someone about Batebi and voiced my concerns over his medical condition and asked that he and his family be brought here.
Kidnapping wife just adds another reason that justice needs to be done to that regime.
