Is it sweet tasting? The cooking method is similar to that of many curries - my favourite.

If she thinks pomegranate juice is expensive wait till she tries buying real saffron. (I still have some Iranian saffron left over after a neighbour gave me some a while ago. I use it mainly in rice, along with variations of onion, garlic, chillies, poppy seeds, mustard seeds and black cumin seeds. Saffron is delicate though & when using it I minimise other spices.)
