Boycott The A**holes

I've made a personal pledge. It is about not buying things/services from companies that do business with the Iranian regime. I know fellow Iranians inside of Iran do their part and this can be the least one can do from here. I've a list of companies that are certainly enabling the regime. To name a few there are the infamous Nokia, Siemens, Shell, StatOil, General Electric and many other monsters enriching the mullahs daily and enabling those criminal monsters to shed the blood of our compatriots. [+]

The Nokia company specifically is probably the most evil of them all because its technology is enabling the murdering regime of mullahs to track, jail and torture/kill dissidents and protesters. I'm glad to see that they are failing in Iran's market and it's surely great news for all of us. There'll be a rally against Nokia in Los Angeles tomorrow. Please make sure to go if you're a resident of LA and reading this. It'll help expose these monsters and make them understand that supporting evil regimes has consequences. Boycott them for good!

Thank you for the list Winston; I did not know that Shell was one of the evil enablers as well. I'll never buy gas from them again.

Add Ericsson (Now Sony-Ericsson)and Citgo to the list. All these companies should be hunted down and sued like Nazi enablers.

I spoke to someone who just left Iran and said the Iranian public is being deprived from all news about the atrocities and crackdown. Repression has touched most lives causing tremendous fear, there is huge pent up anger, there is regular night time rooftop slogans, people do not differentiate much between the regime and the Mousavi opposition and people want the whole system removed. When someone can make a phone call to the USA the calls are cut off automatically at two minutes.

"Nokia profit drops 66 percent in 2Q" due to global economic recession. A worldwide boycott should really be a sword in their side at this point. Good for Iranians for boycotting this unscrupulous company. Now, if only the rest of the free world would jump on board.
