Californian Democracy
Can't help laughing. So retarded! LoLz... Maybe that's why California is so broke. I mean Ballot Initiatives get voted on by the likes of this moron. No wonder California is such a bankrupt place now. But this was a good laugh in midst of all these horrible news we're getting.

I mean I love California, and I love livin' here, but sometimes I feel like the people here are the main reason for the stereotype of the "dumb American".

I'm certain that a CITY COUNCIL isn't going to waste it's time allowing someone with a mental deficiency ramble lol

City councils, town meetings, etc. are usually required to give time to anyone who wants to voice an opinion on an issue. Now whether or not they take the opinion into account or not is another question.
