Not a great way to end 2011 with the death of two anti-tyranny figures: Christopher Hitchens and Vaclav Havel. Mr. Hitchens died last week, and former anti-Communist Czech Republic's leader "Vaclav Havel" died yesterday. He was a great hero and an inspiring figure. Both had dedicated their lives to fighting the forces of evil and tyranny. We mourn their passing. [+]
But by the same token, 2011 saw the death of tyrants and thugs also: Bin Laden, Libyan dictator Qadaffi and now North Korea's Kim Jong-il. I hope more tyrants are on the death list in 2012.
