Nuclear Assassins

I have a question on this latest bizarre piece of news given that Iran is essentially a police state now: The Iranian regime is able to capture the so-called "CIA" spies left and right, yet it is unable to stop nuke scientist killers?

Doesn't make sense to me. One explanation could be the regime's desire to create fake crises while under pressure from within and outside.

چطور جمهوری اسلامی قادر به دستگیری جاسوسهای خارجی هست اما قادر به دستگیری قاتلین دانشمندان برنامه هسته ای خودش نیست؟ با عقل جور در نمیاد. هر زمان این رژیم تحت فشار خارجی و داخلی قرار میگیرد بحران سازی ساده ترین راه گریز به نظر میرسد
