DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!:P
I'd have to say d.
Iran did it and Idi Amin Dada in Uganda did it when he was pretending to be helping the Air France passengers.
Ahmadinejad did it, obsviously, and Idi Amin Dada went to Entebbe to "sympathize"with the Air France hostages while secretly helping the Palestinians, until the Israelis gave the world a Bicentennial present July 4 1976 with the Raid on Entebbe, a model of a successful hostage rescue operation. I guess it was too hard for Tony Blair to try this in Teheran.
I will only answer this question if you change the prize! yuky maple syrup?!
