Beautiful!
Did you notice the recent report on the history of the GC? Huge lava flows that blocked the whole canyon, followed by massive breakthroughs and/or rapid erosion of new channels; hundreds of smaller eruptions that had other dramatic effects. A hugely complicated history, there.
