Met 'Ayaan Hirsi Ali' tonight and heard her talk about her recent book called 'Nomad' which carries on the story of her life in the west and notably in America. She is truly an amazing speaker and an inspirational figure. Got to talk to her for a minute and told her how much I admire her works and appreciate her courageous stand against the religion of terror and mayhem. Told her that her books must be translated to Persian language because so many women in Iran can learn from her experiences. Of course, she had a few detractors in the crowd. One of them was politely dragged out of the audience and three Somali women stayed on to tell her how she is anti-Islam. I was really awed by her security detail which is necessary given the numerous death threats she has received since her colleague Theo Van Gogh was murdered in Amsterdam. She is a true hero and a very courageous person.
Here she was interviewed by a Dhimmi idiot Jew 'Avi Lewis' of the government run CBC channel. She floored the idiot anchor with this short statement: "You can spit on freedom because you don't know what it is not to have freedom"

Thanks for the photos & report, Winston! I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend.
"You can spit on freedom because you don't know what it is not to have freedom."
Yes, that completely sums it up. It's the same with the ultra-rich people who are presently in control of the American government (I'm an American). Many were born rich (think Kennedy family) and they detract from what allowed their forebears to become wealthy, i.e., the freedom and opportunity in America. So they promote policies which will limit freedom and restrict opportunities. At root, it is ungratefulness mixed with envy, even envy for those who have less, like the story of King Ahab and Jezebel in the Bible.
